Wessel’s career began in litigation in 1996, in work that demanded patience, stamina and forensic discipline. Today, they are best known for their work in and around the mining sector and business restructurings, particularly in matters involving strategic litigation, financially distressed companies, health and safety compliance, and cross-border advisory.
